AI Run Garmin helps users create structured Garmin workouts from text or images and send them to Garmin Connect.

  • Workout input content (text you type, and images you upload for workout extraction).
  • Workout output data (structured workout details generated from your input).
  • Optional voice dictation input (converted to text on device when supported).
  • Technical request metadata (basic server logs such as endpoint, status code, and request timing).

2. How We Use Data

We use data only to operate app features, including:

  • Authenticating with Garmin Connect
  • Converting your text/image input into structured workout data
  • Sending workouts to your Garmin account
  • Maintaining security, abuse prevention, and service reliability

We do not use your data for advertising.

To deliver core functionality, data may be transmitted to:
